What Is a Totem Animal and How It Reveals a Part of You
A totem animal—sometimes called a spirit animal or animal guide—is a symbolic creature that reflects a part of your inner self, your instincts, or the energies you’re invited to explore. Rooted in Indigenous and ancestral traditions around the world, totem animals are not literal pets or fantasy creatures, but archetypal mirrors of our emotional, spiritual, and behavioral patterns. For example, a bear may represent strength and solitude, while a butterfly may symbolize transformation and rebirth. When you connect with a totem animal, you’re not “choosing” it—you're recognizing qualities that already live inside you. Exploring this connection through art, or meditation can help reveal hidden emotions, support self-acceptance, and encourage growth. It’s not about superstition—it’s about deep self-awareness through metaphor.
What You’ll Do Over 8 weeks, you’ll be guided through a gentle, powerful process
=> 1 Online workshop of 60 min / week
(Choose your timing - Dubai time : Tuesday or Thursday morning 10 am, Saturday 11 am or Sunday 8pm)
•You will search for your inner animal, symbol and signification,
• Sculpt with papier mâché (no experience needed!) we will use recycled materials so we save earth too!
• Practice gratitude rituals & journaling to connect with your subconscious and feel up our cup of positivity
• You will be part of a support group in a safe, judgment-free and private online circle. =>Private Whatsapp group for sharing + Q&A
