Mind Meets Body:
Simple Practices to Restore Harmony and Calm
I am your guide
I’m Elise — an artist, certified art therapy practitioner, and passionate explorer of creativity in all its forms. With a background in classical violin, Latin dance, sculpture, and mixed media painting, I’ve spent my life using art as a way to connect, express, and heal. Whether through movement, sound, or hands-on creation, I believe that artistic expression is a powerful path to self-discovery and emotional balance.
My workshops are gentle, intuitive spaces where participants are invited to reconnect with themselves, release tension, and awaken their inner voice
— no artistic experience needed, just a willingness to explore.
How do you feel today ?
Anxiety can bring a lot of different symptoms: a foggy mind, a heavy body, unbalance emotions, tensions in the body. In a world that celebrates productivity over presence, it's easy to ignore those subtle signals—until exhaustion takes over completely.
Art therapy offers a unique and powerful approach to calm you down and restore harmony by combining creative expression with therapeutic techniques.
Through activities like drawing, painting, singing, photo and video making, individuals can explore their emotions in a non-verbal way, which helps reduce anxiety and self-judgment.
Scientific studies show that engaging in art therapy can stimulate the brain's reward pathways, releasing dopamine, which enhances feelings of accomplishment and well-being.
Moreover, creating art allows individuals to confront and reframe negative self-perceptions, promoting self-acceptance and empowerment. Over time, this process nurtures a positive self-image and boosts confidence, fostering resilience in the face of life's challenges.
