Offer your students a unique experience with our creative and well-being workshops, designed to foster personal growth and social development.
Led by Elise and Mathilde, our 2-hour workshops, available in French and/or English, provide valuable support to teachers who wish to offer fundamental life tools that complement the school curriculum.
Our workshops are designed to:
. Strengthen social bonds between students.
. Help children discover their personalities and develop self-confidence and self-esteem.
. Instill strong values such as respect, kindness, sharing, and courage.
. Help children understand and manage their emotions, supporting a healthy and balanced nervous system.
. Offer a relaxing, creative moment without pressure or competition — focusing on the journey rather than the result.
We use diverse techniques to encourage creativity and well-being:
1- Breathing: simple exercises to refocus and relax.
2- Yoga: playful postures to develop body awareness.
3- Dance: expressive movement to release tension and connect with emotions while exploring body consciousness.
4- Drawing: creative exploration through themed activities.
5- Music: discovering sounds and rhythms to boost imagination and self-expression.
6- Storytelling: inspiring tales that convey positive values.
7- Meditation: gentle introduction to mindfulness for inner calm and focus.

Each workshop is carefully prepared in collaboration with the teacher, based on a specific theme or core value explored in class.
This personalized approach ensures maximum relevance and a positive impact on the students’ emotional and social development.

Elise Lyautey
Artist and holistic art therapist, Elise has been passionate about artistic activities since childhood. A musician (violinist) and graduate of the National Conservatory, she is also a dancer (salsa and bachata), an entrepreneur specializing in creative upcycling workshops, and a holistic art therapist since the birth of her third child in 2024.
“Elise believes that children need to grow up in harmony and confidence to build a brighter future.”
Mathilde Crombez
Movement has been part of Mathilde’s life since the age of four. An engineer by training and a graduate of the National Conservatory in Contemporary Dance, she spent several years working in corporate project management before yoga became an essential part of her life — a way to reconnect with the inner wisdom of her body.
Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, pranayama, and meditation are the tools she uses to guide her students toward balance and self-awareness.
